Our next Policy Council Meeting will be May 17th at 9:30am at the Cobleskill Center. We will be seating
a new Community Representative at the meeting. We appreciate the commitment and hard work our
Parent and Community Representatives have displayed.
Policy Council Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 9:30am.

Council Information
Head Start Parents and Community Partners are involved in the decision making process through Policy
Council. All centers have Parent Representatives elected to the Policy Council.
Members will be contacted 48 hours in advance if there are any cancellations or rescheduled meetings,
except in emergencies. Emergencies may included: Inclement weather, lack of quorum expected,
building issues, illness or other unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to attend, please call Jean or
the main office at 518-234-7521. In addition, ask your alternate to attend in our place.
